For Stress Awareness Month 2022, we partnered with ‘Chasing the Stigma’, a charity who seek to normalise and humanise mental health and are founders of the award-winning ‘Hub of Hope’ app.
We chose to collaborate with Chasing the Stigma this April, as we wanted to create an impactful campaign with four simple instructions; Stop, Breathe, Think and Ask – to really get the public thinking about their mental health.
We paired this with a QR code which takes the user to the Hub of Hope, which helps those in need access vital mental health services across the country by providing in-depth information on where to find this at a local and national level – meaning everyone can access mental health support at the touch of a button.
In addition to this national OOH campaign, we also aimed to implement some of their top tips in our office – hosting activities such as ‘Time to Talk Tuesdays’, breathwork sessions and various talks on different aspects of stress in the workplace and how to deal with it.
